Volunteer
volunteers. It's a chance for them to meet some great people, gain some valuable experience and be part of something special.
Some roles will need little or no experience while others may be better suited to people who have volunteered on previous events.
Volunteers must be 18 or over and available to work over the course of the two weeks of the event and for some specific roles on the days leading up to the event as well. Volunteers don't need to be available for every day, just as much as is possible. A full briefing is provided to each volunteer for the role that is assigned to them. Team work is essential to some of the roles and duties that we need fulfilled.
It is a hard work but rewarding, thanks to all volunteers.
The 16th FAI European Championship for Aerobatic Model Aircraft 2012 class F3A Radio Control Aerobatics will take place from 26th July to 5th August 2012 bringing a fantastic opportunity to see some of Europe's top pilot competing on the airfield of the Club Air Modèle Châteauroux. Pilots from up to 25 countries are expected to take part with more than 65 expected to compete in total. Following the success of the World Championships in Muncie in 2011 we hope that this European event will be a fantastic event too.
